Cheese is showcased throughout the seasonal menu, with selections such as Local Produce Platter for 2 , mouthwatering Rueben with housemade sourkraut topped with oozing Red Rouda, and Camembelle & Roasted Veg pizza.
Sit back and relax with a glass of local Hunter wines, a boutique beer or locally roasted gourmet coffee; and top off your visit with a scoop of our creamy gelato, made in-house, or try some of our famous creamy fudge.

Cheese
We handmake our full range of Artisan cheese on site here at our factory as well as at our factory in Scone (closed to the public). Our range includes everything from gooey triple cream brie to hard bitey cheddars. Read our full range and tasting notes here>
Fudge
Hunter Belle fudge is handmade in house using real butter. Creamy and totally, decadently delicious!
We have a huge range of flavours available at our deli counter.
